Refund Policy

At Syntra, we stand behind our products and our service. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
If the issue is on our end, we will always refund you. This includes (but is not limited to): failed delivery through no fault of yours, defective or non-working product, duplicate charges, or any error or failure attributable to Syntra. In such cases, we will process a full refund to your original payment method as quickly as our payment processor allows.
1. Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving genuine issues. To be eligible, you must contact us within a reasonable time after purchase and provide your order details and a clear description of the issue. Refunds for issues caused by Syntra are not subject to a strict time limit; we will work with you to make it right.
2. How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket in our Discord server and include:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Order or transaction reference (e.g. confirmation email, receipt).
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. For issues on our end, we will approve the refund and process it without unnecessary delay.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days. We have no control over this delay once the refund has been issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not offer refunds when:
- You have already received and used the product and the issue is not due to a fault on our side (e.g. change of mind, not meeting your expectations after use).
- You have violated our Terms of Service or abused the product or our systems.
- The request is fraudulent or not supported by evidence of purchase.
Even in these cases, we may make exceptions where we deem it fair and appropriate. When in doubt, contact us—we are here to help.
